Fuel Kalea's Graphic Design Dream: Aversion Design Launch

Hello,

My name is Kalea. I am a 15 year old aspiring designer and entrepreneur. I am hoping to launch a graphic design business.

My brand is Aversion. It is a San Diego based design brand with the energy of teen rebellion. Skateboarding, street art, silk screening and angsty music are the driving forces that inspire my work. I gravitate towards surreal images, bold visual textures, and high contrast palettes to create graphics that mix the retro elements of punk, grunge and cybercore with a contemporary post-internet flare. Paired with streetwear, girly tops, and skate decks, these graphics express the raw, rebellious energy inherent in the teen spirit.

My goal is to empower young people to express themselves and to build community.

My parent is handling the funds on my behalf, and guiding me through this venture.
