Fuel Jesse’s U.S. Rowing Debut in Germany

Hi! I'm Jesse Ryno, a proud Georgetown Hoya and former team captain (Class of 2024). After leading the team my senior year, I returned as a graduate student in finance—but truthfully, this past year felt more like earning a Master’s in rowing.

I’m now pursuing rowing at the highest level post-collegiately and have recently been invited to represent the U.S. in the Men’s Four (M4-) at the World University Games in Duisburg, Germany this July. This invitation came directly from members of the US Rowing board as part of their renewed commitment to making this event a serious pathway to the senior national team. Only four men’s sweep rowers nationwide met the new, elevated standards—making this a rare and exciting opportunity.

While I’m honored by the chance to race internationally for the first time, the associated costs are steep and not fully funded. That’s why I’m asking for your support to help make this dream a reality.
