Fuel James and Raven's Global Backpacking Dream

Hello! My name is James, my girlfriend Raven and I are taking the leap and following our dreams of backpacking the globe. After a scary spine surgery and a rough recovery journey, why not take the chance? It's always been our goal to see and explore the world, so after years of waiting for the right time. We're making it the right time.

We've worked very hard to save up what we can and be smart with our money. We have officially bought our one-way plane tickets to Dublin to start our journey east and work our way west. We are both applying for remote positions so there will be a form of reliable income as well.

What would really help us now is a little bit of help starting the journey. The funds that were saved up over time went to medical bills for my spine surgery, and once we built that savings back up again my car was totaled.

After this, and years of trying to save and prepare, we learned that there will never be a "right" time to follow our dreams. We are both very excited and grateful to start this new chapter of our life.

Any little bit of help goes a long way, we'll mostly be using it for stays as hostiles and food. We both appreciate any and all help or advice we get along the way.
