Hi my name is Isaac and I'm working towards creating and owning my dream food truck, I've studied in college and have worked in the food industry for the past several years.
I have a passion of the food industry and have recently started my own business called Flipz SmashBurger, currently through a pop-up stand on the street, which does come with risks such as environmental, weather and safety factors.
I want to take my business to the next level and create my dream food truck, so I can be able to operate in a safer and more professional manner.
