We are Roo Link, a student-driven healthcare innovations incubator based at UMKC’s School of Medicine, dedicated to turning clinical challenges into real-world solutions. Our mission is simple but powerful: empower and educate the next generation of health innovators to create change that directly improves patient lives.

We’re not just another student organization. We’re building the infrastructure for future doctors, engineers, and entrepreneurs to launch their own startups, receive mentorship, compete for microgrants, and bring ideas from the clinic to the community.

Healthcare students see real problems every day but lack the tools to solve them. Roo Link fills that gap by bringing together future doctors, engineers, and entrepreneurs to turn ideas into real-world healthcare solutions through innovation, collaboration, and mentorship.

Our student leadership team has already launched their own initiatives, but to keep growing, we need your support.
