Hi, my name is Elania Juan, and I am an 18-year-old who just graduated high school with dreams of starting college this fall at the University of Oregon. I had everything planned out, excited to take the next step toward my future goals. But life had other plans—I was recently diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer. Instead of preparing for college, I'm now facing surgeries, treatments, and a tough fight ahead. This diagnosis has forced me to put my college dreams on hold for now.
