Hello! Thanks for clicking! In short, my name is Arlee, and most of my house burned down the night after Thanksgiving. I'm a law grad studying for the bar exam, part-time law clerk, trivia host, and first-grade Hebrew School teacher. Everyone made it out safely, but the damage is pretty extensive, between what burned, what was damaged by smoke, and what was damaged by the firefighters' water.

To elaborate, on Friday, our freezer in our breezeway sparked an electrical fire at about 4am. Everyone, including our dog and two cats, got out safely, but our house and belongings are largely gone. My parents and I have found housing for now, but we could use a financial boost to start recovery.
