Fuel a Young 10 year old Pit Master’s Journey

My 10-year-old stepson is an aspiring chef who loves to BBQ. He has been smoking meat since he was 3 years old, and 'tis the season for his opportunity to show off his pit master skills and enter BBQ competitions. However, we live in Wisconsin, and most of the BBQ competitions here are for adults. I want to get him involved in a true kids' Kentucky BBQ competition or maybe Texas, so he can experience the real deal. He is no doubt skilled enough to compete and win. We have a large family of support and would love for everyone to be able to be part of it. He works his ghost kitchen every other weekend and has made a good amount of money so far, which goes directly to his savings. He buys all of his own meat, smokes it, and turns his own profits.
