I am embarking on a new adventure! After teaching art in Los Angeles at my beloved Larchmont Charter School for the last 15 years, I decided to move back to the Northeast, which I have been thinking of doing for years. So when a job was offered to me at a private school in New Haven, Connecticut, I decided to take it, in order to live closer to my family and east coast friends for a while.

I do not know what the future holds. I do know that when you get out of your comfort zone, that is where the magic happens! This is a scary, yet also an exciting time, as I am starting fresh. I am going to be driving cross country and that is mainly why I am asking for help with some extra funding. It has been quite expensive to pack up everything into a shipping container and spend money on fixing up my car, etc. as I get closer to the start of this road trip, that is honestly a bucket list item!

I want to give myself an extra cushion of financial support to ensure the safety, food and lodging necessary to make it all the way back home. If you are able to support me even with a few bucks for gas, that would be really cool.
