Brandon Delacruz was born August 7th, 1989 and on October 13, 2014 he passed away. He was 25 years old. He lost his battle with Cystic Fibrosis. Brandon was a real angel who touched so many lives forever.
Brandon was one of the most charming and gentle spirits that so many have been blessed to cross paths with.
In September of this year, we were able to raise enough money to get Brandon medically transported from Alabama (where he believed he would die) home to California (to be with his mother and family). He was put into hospice care when he returned home, to live out the remaining days he had with his family. He was able to share his love with everyone who came to visit him. He passed with his mother right by his side and surrounded by his family and loved ones.
This fund raising effort is to cover his funeral costs.
