July 6 was the last day I was able to work but I was in a lot of pain. By Monday morning I was bedridden for a whole week. After that I was able to get up use the restroom and get something to drink. Then I would have to go lay down again. I was in excruciating pain. I could not stand for longer than two minutes in one place. This went on until I had to go to the surgeon in a wheelchair. And could only lay down on the table. This was September 17. At that point it was an emergency they said they could do my surgery that Friday at 5:30 AM. When my friend Diane took me to the hospital with the wheelchair I laid on the floor in the waiting room. It’s been a month since My surgery. It could be another month or more until I’m released to go back to work. I’m a self-employed hairdresser and if I don’t work I don’t make any money. I filed for disability on July 18 and I have not received any at all to the date. I’m embarrassed to ask for help but I’m three mortgages behind and I’m going to lose my house that I’ve lived in for 20 years. If you find it in your heart to help me I would be so appreciative. God bless you and thank you. Sincerely Nancy Lundquist
