Accident Survivor

I'm raising money for my wife and I. She recently got a part time job she loved as a postal worker. On her drive home from work she suddenly got delirious, passed out, swerved across the highway, down an embankment and hit a tree at 45mph. (The cause is between heat exhaustion or a seizure, Still unknown)
 The next day her health insurance was dropped. Her arm, wrist, and whole face was shattered in the accident, including her entire nose being pushed back into face, and a fractured skull, needing major surgeries that has her in even more pain than that accident had her in. We have no car now. I have no way to get her to her appointments, or to go see her after I exhausted my time off from my job, or to even get her what she needs. I would appreciate any and all help to put towards a dependable car and her medical bills! Bless anyone who finds it in there heart to donate to this cause!
