Hello! My name is Leah and I have severe hearing loss in both ears. I have been told years ago, that I needed hearing aids, but I put it off because I did not have the money. 
Now, as my hearing has been slowly decreasing consistently, I am now unable to hear most things. It is affecting every aspect of my life, and it is becoming more and more difficult to comunicate with the hearing world. 
I am grateful to be receiving a grant from the state for the majority of the cost of the hearing aids, but they will not be covering all of it.
Anyone that knows me, knows that I hate asking for anything. But, this has become a need, that I am unable to fill by myself.
