my daughter and i are facing the most difficult time of our lives after a devastating fire destroyed our home. in a matter of moments everything was lost, and we suddenly found ourselves without a place to live. the shock and heartbreak have been overwhelming, especially as i am disabled and rely on my daughter for daily care. she has been my rock through this tragedy, helping me with everything i need while also coping with her own loss and fear.

The fire not only took our home, but it put my health at serious risk. i was hospitalized in the ICU due to complications from the fire, and the recovery has been slow and challenging. My daughter has been by my side every step of the way, making sure i get the care i need while trying to figure out our next steps. we are currently searching for a safe place to stay, but finding housing has been incredibly difficult, especially with my medical needs and limited resources.
