Frontline Responders are running low on key PPE crucial to ensure their safety and ability to continue working and help us fight COVID-19.
We are creating reusable masks to keep them safe. This includes our Police officers, nurses, doctors and Firemen. Reusable masks can make a world of difference for those working in close proximity to the general public, offering much more protection than a one time use paper mask that can not be cleaned.
Each reusable mask kit includes:
mask, 14 filters, purell hand sanitizing wipe and instructions to change out filter
Our masks are made with a 3d printer, are moldable to the face, reusable and washable.
What We Need: The materials required to make the masks are not cheap and are time-intensive. They include filament, filter, sealant, plastic bags and elastics. 100% of the funds raised is used toward purchasing those materials, replenishing filters and getting additional equipment to create more masks.
All 3d printers bought with the go fund me funds will be donated to our local schools or organizations when they are no longer needed. We've already contacted them and they are excited! It's our way of giving back to you!
Who We Are
My name is Tyler Marg. I live in Los Angeles, California. My family and I work around the clock to supply our local community and hotspots over the country with as many of these supplies as we can make. Electricity costs are paid by my family. My family's business also provided 4 3d printers for us to use as well as our starting materials. But just like all other businesses my family's business has also been impacted but the stay home order of Califonira and if we don't cover our costs, we will not be able to supply materials needed, and will simply run out. This is an all-volunteer effort.
