Hi, my name is Lena and you all know me as Rj’s mom.. you may know me from Pennsylvania Las Vegas, or even Florida.. you may have met me as your bartender , volunteering in the classroom , cheering at the ballfield, or we may just be friends from way back in high school acquaintances on Facebook or good friends throughout the years. I started this go fund me, despite my pride for recently, I’ve been diagnosed with cervical cancer! For those who know me being a mom has been the number one joy in my life, and I’ve always wanted more children and now I understand why I was never able to conceive more , which has been disheartening to myself and Rj. I gave up many years ago in hopes of having siblings but now I’m faced with the battle of beating cancer. I still continue to work, full-time as tired and sick as I am, and as medical bills pile up I still push through . I am embarrassed to my core as I write this, but as surgery approaches, the only thing I can think of is , I want to be around to see my son follow his dreams and his future endeavors. Without some help this won’t be possible.. I am reaching out in hopes of a little help from all those near and far whether it’s a little or a lot we will be appreciative of any that is given. Even if it helps with medical bills Or me taking some time off and allow my body to recover. That is why I’m reaching out to all my love ones in this time of need. Blessings to you all
