Help Bring Carter Home: My Fight Against State Corruption to Reclaim My Family & Freedom

Please help my fight to reunite with my son Carter, to rebuild our lives and to get justice after the irreparable harm that Vermont DCF, Milton Police, Burlington Police and Chittenden Family Court has caused my family. After Vermont DCF not only ignored but covered up years of child abuse that DCF has now verified in a recent Affidavit while in the other parent’s care, Chittenden Family Court and Local Police illegally raided my home to remove my child because I posted a recorded phone call between myself and Governor Phil Scott’s Office exposing their cover-up of the child abuse and because I didn’t bring my child to school one day (that is literally what the warrant states).

The child abuse now verified by DCF included the Other Parent’s boyfriend holding my child hostage when police responded a violent domestic assault (google “Justin Russell WCAX” to see the article) and my son ingesting a bottle of the other parent’s lethal dose of methadone a few months later. Both incidents were investigated by DCF but they refused to take any action.

After Vermont Special Investigations, Chittenden Family Court and Governor Phil Scott’s Office refused to investigate the evidence of child abuse and DCF’s cover-up, I filed a motion requesting full custody with the hostage incident and methadone poisoning as my main evidence. The Chittenden Family Court refused to schedule a hearing for 8 months in violation of my due process. After gathering more evidence of child abuse, I filed a second emergency motion in hopes to have my request for full custody finally heard and kept my child home until my emergency motion was answered as the police told me was legal.

The very next day the other parent filed a restraining order that stated I didn't bring my child to school (the day previous when I filed the emergency motion) and that I was crazy because I posted the recorded phone call with Governor Scott’s Office. The other parent’s restraining order that failed to allege any imminent danger which is a requirement was granted before my emergency motion that contained evidence of the hostage situation where the hostage taker threatened to harm my child if police entered and the methadone poisoning.

After the Milton Police’s negligence of service of the restraining order, the Milton Police Department executed a military style raid on my home after the other parent is documented in the Probable Cause Affidavit stating she had no concern for my child’s well-being just hour prior to requesting the restraining order.

This is the definition of first amendment retaliation and state sponsored kidnapping. This was a calculated and coordinated attack that was funded with taxpayer dollars.

The Burlington Police Department (BPD) then published a press release stating I held my child hostage due to a mental health crisis as a fact, before I was arraigned on the charges that did not include hostage taking or any violent charges. I did not hold my son hostage nor did I make any threats or demands. I was legally protecting my son after he was literally held hostage in the other parent’s care 8 months prior. The BPD published the exact opposite of the truth to maliciously defame me and separate me from my child. The fact that the BPD included my charges in the press release that did not include any charges for violence or hostage taking proves beyond a mere reckless disregard for the truth and demonstrates their ill-intent. This is the definition of defamation per se and further proves the State weaponizing it’s authority against me and my family to cover up it’s crimes but my blessings are in their attacks. I have documented everything in my 8-figure Lawsuit against the City of Burlington that I am currently litigating in Vermont Supreme Court.

Shortly after all this, the other parent brought my child out of state to see Russell (who previously held him hostage). According to the DCF Affidavit, during the stay Russell violently assaulted her in front of my child causing a broken back and severe facial injuries. Shortly after that the other parent was in a DUI crash with my child in the back seat. This is the definition of state created danger because all of this could have and should have been avoided if DCF accepted all my reports of child abuse for the previous 3 years, all of which went unaccepted. After all of this DCF is still protecting the abusers and retaliating against me the whistle blower. I have irrefutably proven DCF’s and Chittenden Family Court’s use and allowance of perjury and fraud upon the court on the record in the current family court proceedings that is also on it’s way to the Vermont Supreme Court.

In the oast 2 years I have been maliciously arrested 8 more times after the Burlington Police fabricated evidence each to execute each arrest. This is proven by the Probable Cause Affidavits and that all eight criminal charges have since been dismissed and added to the lawsuit tripling the price.

After 2 of the arrests the Burlington Police published 2 more defaming press releases stating I was guilty of violent crimes that I did not commit before I was afforded any due process after people tried to literally end my life, one of the attempts was with a machete. The PBD’s defamation was repeated by media outlets nation wide. The BPD was so desperate to have me convicted under false pretenses that they stated I was guilty of the crimes in the Probable Cause Affidavits in turn indefinitely violating my presumption of innocence and right to a fair trial because no jury anywhere in the world can read the Affidavit without knowingly or unknowingly gaining a pre-conceived notion that I am guilty because that is what a trusted source is telling them in the sworn affidavit.

I am litigating the 8 figure lawsuit against the City of Burlington as a Pro Se Litigant for defamation, malicious arrets, fabrication of evidence, conspiracy to deprive and neglect to prevent as I fight for full custody in Family Court after I just finished fighting 8 criminal cases in Criminal Court. The State and City have doubled down on their corruption and expanded the conspiracy to deprive me of my Rights to cover up their corruption and attacks on my family.

Due to the City’s defamation and ongoing smear campaign, I am unable to gain employment and have been rendered homeless. I spend my days doing the work of a law firm and a content creation team fighting for full custody in family court against a corrupt State Prosecutor and Judge, litigating my current lawsuit against a corrupt City Attorney and Judge in Civil Court and fighting to expose this state corruption nationally. All while living in a tent while the State of Vermont continues to weaponize it’s authority and taxpayer dollars to attack me and my child in order to cover up all their corruption and a mounting RICO Case.

There is so much more to this story and so much more evidence of the state’s corruption and the City of Burlington’s smear campaign, more than I have room to share here but I can say as fact that the State of Vermont has enabled years of child abuse involving my son, covered up the current evidence of child trafficking enabled by the State as I receive messages of people threatening my child (including on this GoFundMe campaign if you look at the only 2 donation I received bragging about abusing my child) and covering up the Burlington Police Department’s smear campaign and federal offenses against me that I have irrefutably proven on the record.

Please help my fight for justice and to keep my child safe. I am battling an entire state of corruption working to silence me while I spend the majority of my time and energy trying to obtain the essentials of life. Being in constant survival mode takes away from the work I am doing in the courts and recording content to expose this corruption.

I am fighting to expose the family court and child services corruption affecting countless families as well as the police corruption that is rampant in this country. I am in need of a computer, charging equipment, camera equipment, a secure shelter, transportation, and the essentials of life. These things would give me the ability to exponentially increase my work out put and investigation as well as create the content needed to expose this state corruption to the nation.
