Bless A Child Uganda Mission Trip

Hey! My name is Chloe and I am 13 years old. My family and I previously lived in Uganda, Africa for 2 1/2 years. While we were living there, our paths crossed with a Ugandan couple who had a heart for orphans. Their names are Fred and Ruth. Ruth had a vision and a dream to help the orphan and vulnerable children in thier community. We worked with them to create a sponsorship program for these children called Bless A Child Uganda (BACU). Now there are over 30 orphan children in BACU. So...I am trying to raise the funds to travel with my mom and two other ladies to Uganda around the 2nd week of May to love, encourage, and share Jesus with the children of Bless a Child!  While we are there, we will be communicating with Fred and Ruth about the ministry and encouraging them. We also get to check up on all the sponsored children! We will travel to thier homes to encourage them in their schooling, as it can be difficult coming from such hard lives, where there is not much encouragment. We will also pray with them and encourage them in thier faith. God is so good and it's so cool to see him working through BACU to provide kids a chance to go to school and for all the opportunities they will have because of thier schooling. I am so thankful for this amazing oppurtunity to be able to go to Uganda with my mom to show Jesus to kids who need to feel the love of Christ. If you feel led to give, I greatly apprciate it!
