Precilia Goes to Disneyland For The First Time

Hi! My name is Connor O'Neill. My mom, Jaimee O'Neill, is a 2nd grade teacher at Foulks Ranch Elementary School in Elk Grove, CA. Precilia was in my mom's 2nd grade class. She is 8 years old. At the end of the school year she fell ill. Unfortunately, she was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, which is a cancer that is produced in immature bones. She is currently getting chemotherapy treatment at a hospital in San Fransisco, CA. She has to travel almost weekly for her treatments to San Fransisco from Sacramento, which is 2 hours each way. She will eventually have to get surgery on her leg. Her first surgery is set for August 21, 2019.  She will continue to have surgery every few year as she grows into a young adult. I recently went to Disneyland with my wife, and we got her those Minnie ears. She absolutely loves them. She has never been to Disneyland but dreams of being able to go one day. She has two younger sisters, six years old and one year old. During the weekly visits, my mom learned that she absolutely loves Disney Princesses. Since the California International Marathon (CIM) is coming up on December 8, I thought it would be a good opportunity to run the marathon in her honor. We wanted to raise money to send her to Disneyland. The goal is $5000, so we are able to cover the hotel cost, tickets to get into the parks, flights and food. A 3 night stay at The Grand Californian, two-day tickets for a family of 5 and Disney Max Pass (which is a FASTPASS) will cost $3,054.57. The rest of the money will be for flights for a family of 5, eating expenses, and family souvenirs. If all her treatment goes well, we are hoping to send her to Disneyland in the spring of 2020 or summer of 2020. Please help us make memories for this family. Please sponsor us for the race.
