Frostburg Fire Victims - Flowers Family

On January 22, 2019 a devastating fire destroyed 1/2 block of Frostburg.  The Flowers family was displaced by this fire and lost nearly all of their belongings.  They are currently in need of clothing, furnishings and other items for their family which includes two daughters age 3 & 10.
