Frontline Covid Fighting Nurse in Need

*Disclaimer* The companies we work for are providing us with all sorts of resources & counseling to help us cope during this trying time. We do have adequate PPE available to all staff during this pandemic. It was Jess’s choice to stay in a hotel,and this was her best option to isolate and keep family safe. 

One of my nursing sisters, Jess Cassidy, is in need of your help. She was unknowingly exposed to the covid-19 virus on multiple occasions. Because these patients and coworkers were not yet showing symptoms, she had not been able to use any PPE for protection. The high demand for testing has made it to where she cannot get swabbed until Friday, and the results will take many days. She has shown symptoms therefore she must be in quarantine and cannot work to support her family. She now has to isolate herself and must stay in a hotel until the results come back, most likely late next week. She has three beautiful babies at home and an immunocompromised husband she must protect. Her family survives on her income alone. She is a contract worker and has no income if she does not work. Her company is offering a very limited amount of crisis pay but it will not be near enough to offset cost of providing for and protecting her family.
