Front Office Features Fund

Minor League Sports employees spend countless hours working behind the scenes to ensure families all across the country in small towns, suburbs, and cities can enjoy an affordable night out with their loved ones. Most people are unaware of the sacrifices each of these employees make to help create the lasting memories families experience night in and night out at our Ballparks.  

They are some of the most resilient and creative people in our industry who we have no doubt will overcome these new obstacles with grit, determination, and resourcefulness.  The true makeup of a Minor League Front Office. 

Now these employees need our help and sacrifice. Front Office Features is teaming up with the Baseball Assistance Team  (B.A.T.) to raise funds to support those in need. ALL proceeds will be sent to B.A.T. to assist Minor League Baseball employees (with at least 2 years of full-time service) in need who go through their Application Process.    

During an unprecedented time in the world of sports, these members of organizations face an uncertain future with furloughs, lay-offs, and canceled seasons. The majority of this workforce struggle to make ends meet in normal times given the low pay most start off with or receive during their employment. 

Our podcast was started to help individuals navigate their way into our world but quickly realized we also provided an outlet for current employees to learn and grow. We now have a responsibility to help our colleagues in their time of need.

Now... Let's all send the elevator back down.  A way to say THANK YOU and we are here for you just like you have been there for all of us to create our lifelong family memories. 

Not unlike Major League players, a significant amount of top Executives at the Major League level started their career and honed their skills in the Minors. Most of our fondest memories and friendships were cultivated during those amazing years. Let's remember where we came from.
