Hi, I’m Britt. Some of you may know me from Belgian television. In 2024, I married a stranger on national TV. How that turned out? Well, I traded my wedding ring for a backpack and began a new chapter; one that helped me grow, reflect, and reconnect with myself, and brought me closer to my biggest passion: helping animals.

Over the past couple of years, I’ve spent my vacation days volunteering at animal shelters around the world: from Animal Rescue Algarve in Portugal, to Saved Souls Foundation in Thailand, to local shelters in Belgium. During my 3-month trip through Asia, I also met and brought back my most loyal companion: sweet little Mylo.

This summer, something beautifully unexpected happened: I met someone new. What started as a spark quickly turned into something real, and by our fourth date, we had already booked plane tickets together. A spontaneous decision, driven by connection and curiosity. The best part? He is my number one fan, especially when it comes to my dreams and passions. That's why, on our roadtrip through Turkey, we set up this fundraiser for Melez Dog Rescue. Thanks to your generosity, we raised almost €500 for them.

Our mission is to explore more of the world, and help more shelters along the way. That's why want this fundraiser to remain open- anyone who wants to donate can, and we'll hand over every contribution to our next stops.
