From War to Hope: Supporting Zahraa & Family

The Story:

I come from a family deeply affected by the recent war in Gaza.

My story, like many others, is one of resilience and hope, but also of immense hardship.

I was close to achieving my dream of becoming a Data Scientist. Just a semester ago, I was immersed in university studies, even receiving an invitation for a prestigious internship in Switzerland, but the war-shattered everything!

Not only was my University destroyed, but travel became an impossible feat due to the ongoing conflict.

This experience devastated not only me but my entire family.

My brother, Mostafa, a high school graduate with honors (97% is about 4.0/4.0) who shared my passion for Data Science and AI, saw his dreams of pursuing higher education put on hold.

Our parents, already facing the challenges of age and chronic illnesses, now struggle even more. The war has compounded their financial difficulties, especially with the rising costs of essential items.

Despite the immense challenges, we refuse to give up hope. This campaign aims to raise $50,000 to help us rebuild our lives and pursue our dreams.

How Your Donations Will Help:

1- Family Support (Total: $6,000):

$2,000 monthly for 3 months to help our family cope with rising living costs and limited income. This will ensure our parents have access to their medication and necessities, while also allowing for essentials like.

Breakdown: Groceries, utilities, and medication for the family.

2-Education (Total: $18,000):

Mostafa: $2,500 per year for four years to cover tuition fees, books, and program costs for online or international studies in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.

Zahraa: $3,000 for initial expenses on equipment like laptops and internet access, and $2,500 per year for two years to cover tuition fees, books, and program costs for online studies in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.

3-Home Repairs (Total: $26,000):

$19,000 to repair the damage inflicted on our family home, providing a safe and secure living environment for our parents.

$7,000 To repair the damage to the other floor of the house, and provide a safe environment.
