In 2016, at just 25 years old, I was diagnosed with MS (Multiple Sclerosis). What felt like the end of certainty became the beginning of patience, resilience, and learning how to truly listen to life. More than anything, it taught me how to become the best mother I could be for my two children at the time, and through that journey, I was blessed to attract the right partner and build my family.
After marrying and giving birth to my third child, I experienced a complete mental breakdown in the hospital. My husband and I were still financially insecure, and while holding this perfect healthy baby in my arms, I felt overwhelming pressure to provide a safer, bigger, and more secure life for all of my children. The fear of not having enough emotionally consumed me.
What began as postpartum depression turned into therapy, medication, and eventually deep fear about the future. But instead of allowing that fear to destroy me, it pushed me harder than I had ever worked before. I returned to the salon, worked tirelessly styling hair, raised my children, and continued building toward something greater for my family.
While balancing motherhood, work, and life with MS, I also returned to school and completed my bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management in March 2026. I refused to allow my circumstances to define my future. Every challenge became fuel to keep moving forward, even when life felt impossible.
In August 2025, I prayed and asked God to continue bringing peace, protection, and clarity over my family. Even with all the progress I had made, I still felt there had to be something bigger I was called to build, something that could truly help people in everyday life. Then came the vision for SpotChek.
SpotChek is a real-time utility platform designed to help people know what to expect before visiting public places. From crowds and wait times to weather and traffic conditions, SpotChek is being built to provide clarity before you go, helping families and communities spend less time stressed and more time focused on what matters most , each other. My dream is for SpotChek to grow one community at a time and eventually become part of everyday life around the world.
Today, after nearly a year of building, sacrificing, praying, and pushing through fear, I am asking for help with the final piece needed to launch SpotChek: server funding. No donation is too small. Every contribution helps bring this vision to life and helps me finally launch and scale SpotChek for the world. Thank you for believing in me, my family, and this journey.
