Hi, we’re Kristen Kaiser and Alenna Johnson, and we’re reaching out with heavy hearts on behalf of our dear friend, Nicole Brooks, and her three children as they face an unimaginable loss.

On May 18, 2025, Nicole’s beloved husband, Randy Joe Brooks, passed away suddenly at the age of 47. He was not only her partner in life, but a devoted father to their three beautiful children—Jackson, Carter, and Reagan.

Randy was a man of extraordinary character—kind, hardworking, funny, and deeply devoted to his family. A respected leader at Motorola and a cherished friend to many, Randy’s career was defined by excellence, integrity, and compassion. He was inducted into Motorola’s elite Galvin Masters in 2020—an honor reserved for the best of the best. But even with all his professional accomplishments, Randy’s proudest role was that of husband and father.

He created a beautiful life for his family—one filled with laughter, adventure, Disney trips, home-cooked meals, and snowboarding days. He lived to support and uplift his family, and he gave them his whole heart every single day.

Nicole and Randy poured their hearts into the Washington Little League softball and baseball programs, where they both proudly coached. Their love for the game was only matched by their love for the kids they mentored. Nicole has always gone above and beyond—not just for her own children, but for every child on the team—stepping up wherever help was needed, bringing energy, encouragement, and a true sense of community to the field.

Since April, Nicole and her family have been in three separate car accidents—each one totaling their vehicle. These accidents have caused not only physical injuries and lingering health issues, but also financial strain from mounting medical bills and unexpected expenses. And now, this unimaginable loss has added an even heavier burden.

Now, with his sudden passing, Nicole is left to carry not just the grief of losing her husband, but also the enormous responsibility of raising three children on her own. While she is strong and resilient, this transition comes with financial uncertainty and immediate needs—funeral costs, household expenses, healthcare, and simply the ability to provide stability and comfort for her children as they process this heartbreak.
