Hey guys, we are Dream Experience (Asha and Stylah) and although we live in the UK, Jamaica is our home away from home and it’s at the heart of everything we do. We got engaged there last year and will be getting married there.

The island has just been devastated by a Category 5 hurricane, leaving countless families without shelter, food, or basic essentials.

Our own friends and loved ones have been directly affected. This fundraiser is part of a direct community-led relief effort. With trusted people that we are in contact with on the ground in Jamaica, we want to ensure 100% of donations go directly to those who need it most — no middlemen, no government delays.

We will also be covering the custom taxes to clear the barrels too and also the transportation from the wharf to the families in need.

We felt compelled to creating this Go fund me as we are heart broken to see a good friend of ours, namely Warren, a fellow musician DJ and drummer has lost everything, his whole entire house flattened. He managed to salvage his Bible, his symbol, his DJ speakers and laptop, but everything else is completely gone. We know so many others in similar positions and we cannot sit around and do nothing.

Funds will be used to:

• Ship barrels of essential supplies (food, toiletries, clothing, baby items, cleaning materials, and more)

• Purchase urgent relief goods locally in affected areas

• Support families that we personally know who have lost everything
