Roughly 12 years ago, Matt created an online community that brought together people who all shared a similar passion for cricket, gaming, general banter and other sports ‘pundit-try’.
Based around “From the Pavilion” – a cricket simulation where we could all manage our own teams and test our strategical prowess against one another – the community grew, international cultures mixed, and friendships (and rivalries) were forged. We found ourselves having a great time – so far a dozen years of fun!
Unfortunately Matt has recently passed away, and as a group we wished to put together a collection and some comments; to hopefully ‘give back’ to his family – our own little way of paying respects to an internet friend and a generally great person all around.
