Our beloved friend, mentor, and fearless leader, Captain Cindy Garb of Instigator Fishing and Diving, was recently involved in a serious motorcycle accident that has left her hospitalized for the past few weeks. While we are incredibly grateful she is still with us, Cindy has a long and challenging road to recovery ahead.

Anyone who knows Cindy knows she’s the kind of person who would give you the shirt off her back, offer a hand before you ever asked for help, and light up any room—or boat—with her strength, warmth, and sense of adventure. She’s not just a captain—she’s family to many of us.

Now, she needs our help.

Medical expenses, time away from work, rehabilitation, and long-term care are just a few of the heavy burdens she and her family are facing. We’re coming together to lift some of that weight and support Cindy the way she has supported so many of us—without hesitation and with full hearts.
