From the Heart of Gaza… A New Beginning for Me and My Orphaned Siblings
Hello, my name is Mohammed, and I’m writing to you from Gaza.
I once had a beautiful family — my wife and our two children, Sham and Yahya. We lived in a peaceful home filled with love, dreams, and hopes for the future.
But on October 25, 2025, everything was taken from me.
In a single tragic moment, I lost my wife, children, parents, and siblings.
Now, I am left with three young orphaned siblings — Sahar, Samar, and Sohaib — who lost both of their parents and everything they knew in life.
We were displaced multiple times from the north to the south, carrying our pain and trauma with us.
My siblings are physically and emotionally injured, and the psychological pressure has not left them since.
Even my son Yahya, who had just started his first days in kindergarten, lost everything — his school, his home, and his sense of safety.
---
My orphaned siblings urgently need:
Safety and protection
Medical and psychological treatment
Access to education
A stable home to feel secure again
Opportunities to travel for treatment or safety
---
As for me, Mohammed, my humble dreams are:
To rebuild a new family from what remains
To build a home that shelters us with dignity
To bring happiness back to my siblings’ faces
To start a small project or business so I can provide for us independently
---
We are not asking for luxury — we are simply trying to survive with dignity.
Your donation — no matter how small — can help us begin again.
Help us bring light back into our lives.
Help children who have lost everything to find safety, healing, and hope.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
Mohammed
