This year marks five years since I became a permanent resident in the United States — a place that has truly become my home. During this time, I’ve been lucky enough to play professional frisbee, a sport that has given me community, purpose, and countless friendships.

Beyond competing, one of my biggest joys has been helping others overcome language barriers in the sport — making sure everyone, no matter where they come from, feels welcome and part of the team.

Now, I’m taking the next big step: applying for U.S. citizenship. It’s a dream I’ve been working toward, but the application fees are very expensive. I’m raising funds to make it possible, and any support means the world to me — whether it’s a donation, a share, or simply words of encouragement.
