From The Classroom to the Capitol!
Donation protected
To My Family and Friends,
I am completely humbled and honored to have been chosen as one of 56 women across the nation to be a part of the LBJ Women’s Campaign School Cohort 5 with the University of Texas at Austin!
Part of the responsibility I am tasked with in addition to my time and commitment to this cohort, includes the financial responsibility to cover the cost of tuition and the three-day in person class to be held at the Capitol in Austin, TX. Donations will cover tuition, lodging, meals, and expenses while studying in Austin.
It is my overall goal of $3,000 by April 19, 2024. All contributions will allow me to participate in the campaign school and provide opportunities and experiences that will prepare me for my future goals in running for office and campaigning. It is my passion to advocate and be a part of an integral part of the must needed and long overdue changes in special education policies and funding. Thank you in advance for your continued support! Please share this link with others and help me reach my goal!
About the LBJ Women's Campaign School
It is a multi-day, hands-on, nonpartisan training for women and those traditionally underrepresented in public life interested in running for office or managing a political campaign. The program involves an opening and closing ceremony, various sessions, family training, a campaign plan competition, mentorship, and homework assignments. In addition, participants can train with the nation's top political experts and campaign practitioners through this training.
