This is one of the hardest things I’ve had to write, but it comes from a place of hope — and a deep desire to fully heal.

**Hello, my name is Jo,**

I never imagined I would be in a position where I would need to ask for help like this… but I’m learning that healing doesn’t always happen alone. It happens when you are vulnerable enough to share yourself openly no matter what the consequences are. learning to be my Authentic true self has taken me 59 years of my life!!!

Over the past years, my body and nervous system have been through more than I can fully put into words — from chronic illness, trauma, and neurological challenges, to rebuilding my life piece by piece.

There was a time I couldn’t even sit up in bed. I couldn't talk properly or think what I wanted to say. A diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis took its toll on my mind and body and I lost the use of my legs to be able to walk anymore. Multiple Sclerosis has no known cure and is degenerative, however after 14 years in a chair I began to heal slowly I started regaining my strength and my vitality for Life! Something I have never lost sight of as my dream is to Dance again and walk in the Mountains!!! ahhhh!!!!

Through deep inner healing, I’ve come so far. I’ve rebuilt parts of myself I thought were gone forever. I’ve reconnected with my voice, my creativity, and my purpose — and now I support others on their own healing journeys. To heal from abusive and toxic relationships that condition people to feel worthless and alone.

My greatest leap came after I did the Freedom Course with Mr Peter Crone, Mind Architect and now I can see my future in creating a safe space for others to learn to Heal their Mind, Body and Soul.

But my nervous system is still healing! I have lived my life in Fight or Flight and since 2011 I became a full time wheelchair user to get around.

And this is where I need help. Your Help, no matter how small or large!
