In a small corner of Lahore, Pakistan, inside a cluster of simple containers, something extraordinary is happening.

Children who once begged on the streets…

Children who had never held a pencil…

Children who slept in tents and woke up to uncertainty…

are now sitting in classrooms, learning, dreaming, and daring to imagine a different future.

This is the work of SKZ (Saya e Khuda e Zuljalal) Foundation — a registered nonprofit in Pakistan that has quietly built 6 free schools for over 600 street and slum children.

Today, we are reaching out for one of these schools:

SKZ Model School for Slums – Sabzazar, Lahore

For the past 8 years, this school has been a lifeline for 100 children whose parents are daily wage laborers, struggling just to survive. Many of these children were once beggars. Today, they are students — some now studying in 9th grade, breaking cycles of poverty that once defined their lives.

The school runs in container classrooms, with very limited resources. Every day, SKZ provides not just education, but also a daily meal, because for many children, it’s the only proper food they receive.

We are now asking for your support to continue this journey.
