Meet Biscuit, a sweet 8 lb white-and-tan terrier rescued from a high-kill shelter in California. She was found as a stray with ticks and fleas, shy at first, but incredibly brave and loving. Biscuit is now on her way to Vancouver to start her new life, and we need your help to cover the costs of her rescue journey.
