Hi, my name is Sam, and I’m asking for help during a really important turning point in my life.

I’m trying to get started in life completely on my own. My parents are both financially struggling right now and aren’t able to help, so everything I’m working toward — education, transportation, and building a future — is on my shoulders.

A few days ago, I crashed my truck, which has made things even harder. Losing my vehicle has affected my ability to work, plan for school, and move forward. Right now, I’m doing the best I can, but I could really use support to rebuild and create stability.

What I’m working toward:

• Going back to school (approximately $4,000)

• Getting a reliable vehicle so I can work and attend school (about $2,000)

• Paying off fines and essential expenses

• Starting my nail business and small vehicle repair business to become financially independent

I don’t have all the answers yet, but I do have the motivation and determination to build something for myself. These businesses are my way forward — a way to support myself long-term and not stay stuck in survival mode.

I’m not asking for luxury or handouts. I’m asking for a chance — a foundation to stand on so I can invest in my education, work hard, and build a future I’m proud of.
