Help Us Relocate Our Salon & Stay Together
Hi, I’m Angela—stylist, salon owner, and proud leader of a tight-knit team of women who’ve become like family. If you know me, you know I don’t ask for help lightly. But today, I’m reaching out because we’re facing a major transition, and I’m determined not to leave anyone behind.
Our salon has always been more than a business. It’s a clean, bright, plant-filled space on US1 South—a place where laughter, healing, and connection happen every day.
But due to circumstances beyond our control, we’re being forced to relocate.
And while I could go out on my own, I’m choosing to fight for us to stay together.
I’ve poured everything into this space—financially, emotionally, physically. Every salon I’ve built has come with challenges, and each time I’ve bounced back. But this time is different. We’re just one year out from a full build-out, ontop of having been invested in this space since 2018. (Ex: New HVAC unit/water heater/flooring/furniture etc.)
Not all my resources are tied up in the current situation but a significant amount of them are; especially after recently returning after a 3 week unexpected recovery period without income. The timing couldn’t be worse, but the mission couldn’t be clearer: keep our team intact, find a safe new home, and continue serving the community we love.
Sadly I have the best insurance but due to the catalyst being a structural issue we are not covered and the current landlord has chosen not to repair the source leaving us minimal time to properly plan for such a big undertaking again.
If you’re a current client, a past client, a friend, a neighbor, or just someone who believes in supporting small businesses and strong women—please consider donating. Every dollar helps us secure a new space, (some locations asking a minimum of 6 months security deposit... you do the math... that's a lot of haircuts) cover moving costs, and keep our momentum going. We’re not asking for charity—we’re asking for a chance to keep doing what we do best: showing up, lifting others, and creating beauty in every sense of the word.
“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed people can change the world. Indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.” —Margaret Mead
Thank you for believing in us. Thank you for helping us stay together.
With gratitude,
