Hi everyone, my name is Elizabeth Voight, and I am incredibly honored to represent Pennsylvania at Miss USA this August!
I grew up on a farm in Fredericksburg, Pennsylvania, where I learned hard work, responsibility, and dedication from an early age. I spent my childhood showing cows, pigs, and horses at the local, state, and national level. I was also involved in my church. I attended Northern Lebanon, where I stayed active in school and community life. I played basketball and soccer, participated in musicals. I went on to graduate from Penn State University and am currently completing my master’s degree as a Reading Specialist. I am a first-grade teacher in the Cornwall-Lebanon School District transitioning into a Reading Specialist role, and education and literacy are at the center of my purpose.
My connection to Pennsylvania has always been important to me. In 2018, I was honored to serve as the Pennsylvania State Fair Queen, representing agriculture and youth across the Commonwealth. I later placed first runner-up at Miss Pennsylvania USA twice, experiences that strengthened my passion for this platform and representing my state.
When the Miss USA open call opportunity came, I took a leap of faith and was selected based on a video resume and public voting rather than a traditional pageant system. I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity to represent Pennsylvania on the Miss USA stage! However, this path does not come with the same sponsorship support or funding that many traditional titleholders receive. The costs of competing at Miss USA including wardrobe, travel, coaching, styling, hair and makeup, and overall preparation are significant.
That is why I am humbly asking for support. Any donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward helping me prepare to represent Pennsylvania with confidence and pride. If you are unable to donate, sharing this page would mean so much!
