From Outstanding Student in Gaza to Homeless Refugee:

My name is Amin, a 24-year-old man from G**a. I was on the verge of achieving my dream: graduating from university with honors in business administration, after years of hard work and perseverance. I was only a few hours away from receiving my diploma.

I worked hard alongside my studies as a marketing manager for a bank and a private company, relying on myself to secure my expenses and ease the burden on my family. I had always refused to ask for help, clinging to a dignified living from the sweat of my brow.

But the war turned my life upside down.

I lost my home, my job, my university, and everything I had built over the years. I became homeless, without an income, and without a clear future. I tried to persevere and hold on to hope, but the war continued for more than a year and a half, and with it, I lost everything.

Today, after much hesitation and shame, I am writing to you asking for your support. This path hasn't been easy for me, but I still believe there are compassionate hearts that can lend a helping hand.

I need your support to rebuild my life, complete my studies, and reclaim the dream that was forcibly stolen from me. Any contribution, no matter how small, can make a huge difference.

The situation here is getting worse by the day. Obtaining the most basic necessities of life, such as food, clean water, and hygiene products, is becoming increasingly difficult and expensive. Even the limited aid that does arrive is sold at exorbitant prices that many cannot afford. I have lived through several wars before because of the occupation, but I have never experienced conditions as harsh and devastating as the one we are experiencing now.

With the lack of security and the shortage of basic necessities, life in Gaza has become unbearable. Everything has been shattered: our homes, our dreams, and our future.

Leaving Gaza, our homeland, was never an option we wanted, but the indiscriminate war has made life here impossible.

Our resources are extremely limited to escape these catastrophic conditions, so any support you can provide now will make a huge difference. Financial barriers have become the biggest obstacle to our survival.

World leaders have failed us all, including Arab leaders. But each one of you can make a real difference with a simple donation that can save a life, help them reach safety, and save their lives.
