From our Hearts to Gaza is a fundraiser campaign that supports families in Gaza.

Currently we are supporting two families:

The family of Hayat, a young woman supporting her family of 10 from age 5 to sick parents.

The family of Sameh, a 47 year old musician and pillar of support to his community, and his family including children, siblings, parents who have been injured by the war.

Both families were displaced from Gaza City and are now living in South Gaza. Due to the collapse of infrastructure and the high demand for displacement materials e.g. tents, trapauline, toilets, wood, kitchen utensils etc., everything in Gaza is very VERY expensive.

Your immediate money will:

1. 2500 USD: To buy Sameh a new tent for the winter. His family are currently living in a borrowed, old tent full of holes.

2. 600USD: Buy Hayat a toilet for her family.

3. 1500USD PER MONTH: To provide both families with on going money for food, water, fire wood, warm clothes for the approaching winter and help with any other challenges they might face.

From our Hearts to Gaza have already supported in the extortionate displacement costs - taxis out of Gaza City, (1000USD) a new tent for Hayat 2500USD, rent for housing in the south (450 USD PER MONTH), trapaulin for shelter (350 USD PER SHEET), and food costs (1500 USD PER MONTH).

Until now we have amplifying each families personal accounts but believe using this one link is easier moving forward.

From our Hearts to Gaza will not abandon these two families and will seek to establish on going funds to help these truly remarkable humans live with as much dignity as possible.

It is set up by Fern Trelfa (instagram @fern_trelfa). I live in Portugal and can vouch for the legitimacy of each family. I have almost daily contact with them and it is an honour to stand by their side in this moment of unimaginable crisis.
