Last year, my mom, Sonia, fought breast cancer with incredible strength and grace. After months of treatment, she finally began to feel like herself again. Just as we started to breathe easier, we were hit with devastating news: she’s now been diagnosed with stomach cancer.

She's facing this new challenge with the same determination, but the emotional and financial toll is heavier than ever. Between the cost of medical visits, scans, and medications not fully covered by insurance, along with the mortgage, groceries, and utilities piling up while she’s unable to work, it’s become more than we can manage alone. On top of that, she needs supportive care, like nutritional supplements and wellness resources, to stay strong throughout treatment.

My mom is the kind of person who always puts others first—whether it’s family, friends, or strangers in need. Even now, her biggest worry is how this is affecting everyone else. We want to ease her burden so she can focus entirely on healing.
