I am Dr Bola Adediran, and I am running as a local councillor in the Bromley Borough of London to create meaningful change in my community of St Paul's Cray. From a young age, politics has been my passion—engaging in spirited debates with my family fueled my desire to understand the world around me. This lifelong fascination led me to earn a PhD in Politics, and it has given me a profound awareness of the tremendous power our local and national governments hold. This is the power to steer the direction of society, uplift the vulnerable, drive transformative ideas, and, most importantly, ensure that our policies truly reflect the desires and needs of the people.

As a councillor, I intend to be a relentless advocate for fiscal responsibility. In these challenging times, when families are grappling with a prolonged cost-of-living crisis, there is no excuse for wasteful spending by borough councils. I will champion balanced budgets, insist on the efficient use of taxpayer money, and work tirelessly to eliminate unnecessary expenditures. Our hard-earned money deserves to be used wisely.

Additionally, I will prioritise public safety by advocating for proactive law enforcement and community safety programs. At the same time, I intend to promote business-friendly policies, reduce burdensome regulations, and, through this, transform the local economy.

I am asking for your support—every contribution counts—as we embark on this journey to bring fresh ideas and effective leadership to Bromley Council. The funds we raise will go towards increasing the visibility of our campaign near the election time (advertisements on social media). Local politics is fascinating because it requires many miles of legwork(literally and figuratively),and I am absolutely up to the task. That said, we also

must adapt our campaign to the times we live in and your financial contributions will go a long way in helping us do this effectively. We have a real chance to win, to keep Reform —who are increasingly becoming an electoral threat—out. We are already knocking on doors and speaking to residents.
