My name is Andrew, and I’m the youngest son of a lifelong elementary school teacher who is in the final moments of her five year battle with Alzheimer’s.

I’m raising funds to benefit the Colonial School District Education Foundation (CSDEF)—an organization dedicated to building strong community and business partnerships, generating resources, and inspiring innovation in Colonial’s classrooms.

My mother taught hundreds of children in her time as an educator for Colonial School District, and the Whitemarsh Elementary School community.

This campaign is a personal tribute, inspired by a loved one affected by Alzheimer’s. While the funds raised will go entirely to CSDEF, this effort is rooted in the values of compassion, community, and education—values that are vital in both caregiving and teaching.
