AOA/Hi,
My name is Awais, and I’m raising funds to continue my U.S. immigration process.
I’ve been working hard to build my career in IT and project management, but over the past year, things haven’t gone as planned. Because of my student visa status, finding stable work has been very difficult. I applied to many jobs, but most opportunities didn’t move forward due to sponsorship concerns. Recently, I was also laid off, which made the situation even more challenging.
At the same time, I’ve been trying to keep up with my university expenses. Since I couldn’t secure a job during my CPT, I wasn’t able to pay my tuition on time, and now I have an outstanding loan of $63,000 from my previous university. I’ve started receiving pressure to repay it, which has added more stress during an already difficult time.
Right now, I’m at a critical stage in my green card process. My work permit has been approved, and I’m ready to move forward, but I need to make the next payment of $15,980 to file my I-140 petition through my consultant. This step is essential for my long-term stability in the United States and will allow me to continue building my career without the same barriers.
I’m doing everything I can applying for jobs, managing my expenses, and trying to stay on track but I can’t get through this stage alone. This isn’t just about covering a fee; it’s about securing my future and finally moving toward stability after a long period of uncertainty.
Any support, no matter the amount, would truly mean a lot to me and help me move forward.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for any help you can offer.
