Help My Brother, His wife and 5 Children Find a Home

Unfortunately, a series of unexpected events has left them without a home and struggling to get back on their feet.

Almost 2 months ago my brother came home from work to find a note on the door from his landlord saying the house had been sold — and they had just three days to move out. There was no time to prepare or find another place. They had to quickly pack everything and move their belongings into storage.

To make matters worse, his hours at work were cut shortly after, and he eventually lost his job. Because they no longer had an address, their food assistance was shut off after missing important mail. With the current government delays, they can’t get an appointment to fix this until mid-December.

Our family has been doing everything we can — sending money(via cashapp and paypal) for hotel stays and campgrounds so they have somewhere safe to sleep, and they’ve been getting food from local pantries. They live states away.

They need stability again — a place to live where they can start rebuilding. Any donation, big or small, will go directly toward helping them secure housing, cover deposits, and meet basic needs until they’re back on their feet.
