I've seen how my journey inspires and motivates, but I never fully grasped its impact until now.

After much thought and prayer, I decided to write a book: "Plus More Life—A HeartStrong Story!"

This book goes deeper than ever before. I'll reveal how family genetics, generational patterns, and even the foods we love impact our health. You'll learn how stress and heartbreak can silently accelerate health issues, just as they did for me. I've lived it, researched it, and now I'm ready to share the knowledge you need to recognize and control these factors so you can become #HeartStrong.
