My name is Océane Théa, a Guinean-American creative artist, filmmaker, and nonprofit founder. My journey from Guinea Conakry to Minnesota & Florida has fueled a lifelong mission rooted in purpose, passion, and community empowerment. After graduating from Roseville Area High School, I earned an Associate of Applied Science in Marketing Management and Social Media Marketing, along with a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Century College. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management with a minor in Public Administration . I aspire to continue my education by earning an MFA in Film Production.
In 2019, I founded Royaume D’art GN Corp, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering African and immigrant creatives through education, artistic expression, and economic opportunity.
Our upcoming programs include:
• Art Illustration
• Film Production & Stage Performance
• Music & Sound Production
• African Fashion Design
These degrees will follow the American Art Curriculum here in the US to have them gain a valuable Degree internationally.
As of June 2024, Royaume D’art GN Corp has completed all state and federal registration requirements,we have our Article of incorporation as well as our trademark filings. The only remaining step is the final 501(c)(3) nonprofit designation, which will allow us to apply for grants, receive tax-deductible donations, and scale our impact.
To complete this process, we need to raise $1,275:
• $600 for the IRS 501(c)(3) application fee
• $675 for CPA services to ensure accurate and compliant filing.
Your support can help us unlock crucial funding and bring creative, educational, and professional opportunities to underserved youth in African and immigrant communities. With your help, Royaume D’art GN Corp can become a hub of transformation nurturing talent, building confidence, and creating pathways to sustainable careers in the arts.
