Min Tu has been a steady presence in our lives for the past five years—working as our guard, dogwalker, driver, shopper and much more. Offering quiet support, and consistently showing reliability, service orientation and integrity.

Now, he’s ready to take the next step: launching his own small air conditioning company.

This initiative is part of a broader journey to break the cycle of poverty through skills, independence, and meaningful work.

What Min Tu has already achieved:

- Obtained his driver’s licence

- Completed a diploma in air conditioning maintenance

- Demonstrated commitment, professionalism, and care in all he does

To begin working independently, Min Tu now needs:

- Basic tools for installation and maintenance airconditioners

- A small vehicle to reach clients

- Initial support to establish his business
