On Mother’s Day, our family experienced another heartbreaking tragedy. Just one hour after Mother’s Day ended, my father and siblings lost their home in a devastating house fire. They escaped with only their lives and lost everything else clothes, shoes, medicine, important belongings, and the place they called home. This pain comes after already losing my mother, my father’s wife on May 14, 2024, just days after Mother’s Day last year. Since then, our family has been trying to stay strong through so much grief and hardship. My father is currently on dialysis and lost his medications and necessities in the fire. My sister also lost everything connected to her clothing business and is heartbroken about not being able to fulfill customer orders. Right now, we are asking for help in any way possible to help my father and siblings get back on their feet during this difficult time.
