Hello, my name is Rachel, and I’m reaching out for your support as I make the life-changing decision to move to Israel indefinitely. This isn’t just a relocation—it’s a mission.
Here’s where I need your help!
I’m seeking $50,000 to cover the costs of this transition and support the creative projects I’m passionate about producing and showcasing as soon as possible.
These funds will go toward:
Documentary Films & an Episodic Series – A deep exploration of Israeli/Diaspora life, our cultural and historical legacy, and the human stories that define our nation. I want to highlight not just the well-known narratives, but also the diverse voices, personal experiences, and everyday resilience of the people who call Israel home. Through powerful storytelling, I aim to capture the beauty, complexity, and uniqueness of our homeland, shedding light on both our challenges and triumphs.
Podcast & Interview Series – In addition to visual storytelling, I plan to launch a podcast or interview series, bringing in diverse voices—from historians and activists to everyday Israelis—to share insights, experiences, and perspectives that help paint a more complete picture of our story.
Creating Spaces for Dialogue & Cultural Exchange – Hosting live discussions, interviews, and collaborative projects that bring together people from different backgrounds to foster understanding and unity. By sharing our stories in an authentic and human-centered way, I hope to bridge gaps, fight misconceptions, and build meaningful connections.
Artistic & Creative Collaborations – Working with local artists, musicians, and filmmakers to create projects that celebrate our culture, resilience, and identity. Whether through film, photography, music, or performance, I want to uplift voices and perspectives that deserve to be heard on a global scale.
Personal & Professional Development – Ensuring I have the resources to continue growing, learning, and refining my craft so that I can be as effective as possible in my mission. This includes investing in training, research, and mentorship opportunities that will strengthen my ability to tell stories that resonate, educate, and inspire action.
Community Outreach & Volunteering – Directly supporting families, survivors, and victims affected by recent tragedies and ongoing struggles. Whether it’s providing hands-on assistance, raising awareness through storytelling, or collaborating with grassroots initiatives, I am committed to being a source of comfort, connection, and action for those in need.
Now more than ever, I feel an undeniable calling to tell our stories, preserve our history, and amplify our voices in a world that tries to silence us. Through film, storytelling, and advocacy, I am dedicated to sharing the truth of our people—our struggles, resilience, and the beauty of our existence. But I can’t do this alone. I need your support to make this vision a reality.
Over the past year and a half, I built a TikTok community of nearly 10,000 followers, where I shared my experiences as an Israeli-American Jew. Through humor, song, and dance, I aimed to bring light to important topics like antisemitism and our rich cultural history. However, my account was suddenly and inexplicably banned, stripping me of a vital platform for connection, advocacy, and creative expression—forcing me to start over from scratch.
In the wake of these challenges, I’ve made the decision to relocate to Israel indefinitely, fully dedicating myself to telling the stories of our rich, resilient, and multifaceted nation. This move is more than personal; it’s a commitment to amplifying our voices, preserving our history, and sharing our truth with the world in the most meaningful and impactful way possible.
With your support, I will be able to fully dedicate myself to these projects, ensuring their success and impact. These funds will provide the foundation I need to create meaningful content, amplify our voices, and make a tangible difference in our community and beyond. If you're unable to donate, simply sharing my story with others would mean the world to me.
Thank you for your time, consideration, and support.
With sincere gratitude,
Rachel
